Catherine's reputation for preparing and delivering exceptional homes for market is well known throughout the region, as is her high volume of sales no matter the market conditions. She is committed to presenting a property's full potential and fully supporting buyers in search of the best home for the best price. Fully engaged and focused on details, Catherine consistently exceeds her clients' expectations with her high level of service and responsiveness. Her enthusiasm and energy throughout each step support her dedication to helping clients establish their own sense of place.

Though she originally dreamed of becoming a wilderness ranger, a career in business beckoned and she honed her skills as a business manager, then as a marketing director for a real estate company specializing in multi-family properties. She turned her attention to residential sales in 2002 and founded the Czuba Group in 2008. In 2015, Catherine was appointed Senior VP of Compass DC. That same year she was named among the top 1% agents nationwide Real Trends and the Wall Street Journal. She is also a recent recipient of the Compass Integrity Award and has been recognized by The Washingtonian as one of Washington's Top Realtors for six consecutive years.

Catherine's love of international travel has taken her around the globe, and she has lived in Japan and Australia. If she's not working or traveling, she can likely be found at the theater, engaging in a fitness activity, or exploring nature. She currently lives in Mount Pleasant where she is inspired every day by the ever-changing cityscape and the national park, both of which are right outside her door.
