Q:

A:

How do you help me find a home?

We will customize a home search plan for you. This may include touring homes together, attending open houses, and searching property listings online.

How do I obtain a mortgage?

We recommend that you are pre-qualified for a mortgage by a highly reputable local lender before beginning your home search. We can recommend lenders who will answer your questions and guide you through the pre-qualification application process. It is helpful to know your price range. With that information, we can better serve you with your home search.

How long does it take once my offer has been accepted before I can move into my new home?

The average time between a ratified contract (where the buyer and seller have agreed to all the terms) and settlement (where you take possession as the legal owner of the property) is 30 to 60 days, although there are sometimes circumstances that would increase or decrease that time period.

How will I find a home inspector and tradespeople?

Czuba Group can recommend contractors and home inspectors who have successfully worked with our clients, as well as clients of other Compass agents.
